• Congratulations to the 28 members who attended and signed in at our first 2012 General Membership Meeting on Friday at Ridgefied Academy!   It was a great meeting with Marion Roth, Director, Chamber of Commerce speaking as well as our hosts from Ridgefield Academy: Libby Matteson, Director of Admissions, and James Heus, Head of School.
  
  
• A review of the guidelines to win the $500. Apple Gift card: you must attend and sign in at all 6 General Membership meetings OR 5 out of 6 Gen Membership AND attend Realtor Day at the Capitol on April 5th in Hartford. • We also had our first 50/50 raffle to raise monies for RPAC- Congratulations to Dawn Kaam, the winner!

Code of Ethics, a CE elective and a NAR requirement to be completed by 12/31/12, will be held on January 25 from 12:30 - 3:30 in the Dayton Room of the Ridgefield Library. Take the course now and apply the credits to your CE requirements for this education cycle; take it in the fall and apply the credits to the next cycle.

Dr. Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist and SVP of Research for NAR, will be discussing economic trends that will impact your business in 2012 at the Continental Manor in Norwalk on January 31 from 11:30 - 2. Cost is $25 per person; registration and pre-payment is required. Contact the Board Office before January 27 to register.

And, don't forget to pay your Board dues! Invoices were emailed to all Board members. Payments not received by January 31 will be charged a $25 late fee.
